"Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify a few points based on our records to ensure accuracy. When you first contacted us, you confirmed you and your sons address we had on file. We issued the policies using that address. Later, you called expressing concern that the policies were written with the wrong address. Upon your request, we promptly corrected the policies and forwarded the necessary information to an agent in Kansas City to ensure proper handling for the out of state policy. Shortly after, you requested cancellation of all policies, which we processed immediately. The refund was issued to the confirmed address on file at that time. We have no record of your ex-wife’s address in our system, nor was it used for any correspondence or refund. If there is any discrepancy outside of our control, we welcome the opportunity to investigate further.
